Shipping Timeline

Ready-to-Ship Items:
We offer same-day shipping for orders placed before 1:00 p.m.
Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. or on weekends/holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

Pre-Order Items:
Shipping will take place within 2 to 8 weeks after your order is placed.

Returns & Exchanges

At nemyon, we take great care in quality control and packaging. As a general rule, we unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we will offer support under the following conditions:

The item arrived incorrectly or is defective and does not meet standard quality expectations.
Initial contact is made within 7 days of receiving the item.
The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Tags and accessories are still attached.
The item has not been altered or modified in any way.
