About orders

We may contact you regarding your order. Please make sure you are able to receive emails and notification from us.

Regarding product shipping time

We have both ready-to-ship and made-to-order products. The shipping times are listed on each product page. Please check before purchasing as shipping times may differ.

In stock items: Orders placed before 1pm will be shipped the same day.
*Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. will be shipped on the next business day.

Pre-order items will be shipped approximately 2-8 weeks after purchase.

*If our manufacturer predicts a production delay, we may contact you at the email address you registered.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping notification to your registered email address.

If you purchase an in-stock item and a pre-order item together, we will ship them according to the delivery date of the pre-order item. (Please note that we cannot generally accommodate partial deliveries.)

Return and exchange policy

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
All of our staff would like to be as flexible as possible, but we ask that you are aware of our policy before proceeding to place an order.

Generally, we do not accept returns/exchanges, but if there is a mistake in delivery by our company or if there is a defect that does not meet the quality standards, we will be happy to take care of it :
Products received within 7 days / Products with tags and other accessories still attached / Products that have never been worn or washed Products in the same condition as when they arrived without any alterations or alterations 

If any of the above applies to your order, please feel free to contact us within 5 days of receiving the product, and we will be happy to assist you!

The currently available payment methods are as follows:

Some of the payment options are only available within Japan.
