Shipping Costs

Japan:

• Free Shipping: Available for orders over 5,000 JPY (via Japan Post; delivery within 1–2 days after dispatch).
• Standard Shipping: 500 JPY for orders under 5,000 JPY (via Japan Post; delivery within 1–2 days after dispatch).

Please allow 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, for our team to prepare your order.

International Deliveries:

• Customs duties and taxes may apply to international orders and are the buyer's responsibility.
• Ensure you are aware of any potential charges before placing your order, as they will be necessary for your package's release.

Order Processing Times

• We aim to process and dispatch orders within 5 business days after receiving them (excluding weekends and Japanese holidays).
• Orders placed on weekends will be processed and dispatched the following Monday.

Pre-Orders:

• Pre-ordered items are clearly marked on our website and can take anywhere between 2 to 8 weeks for delivery.
• In-stock and pre-ordered items cannot be shipped separately. If you need in-stock items sooner, place them in a separate order.

• Please verify your shipping address during checkout, as we are not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect details.
