About the product
- Regarding product sewing, our store handles overseas products.
Since inspection standards for overseas products differ from those for Japanese products, there may be minor defects in the stitching, etc. (rough seams or thread treatment, loose threads, chalk marks that have not been completely removed, threads of other colors mixed into the fabric, wrinkles from folding, a strong odor, misalignment of patterns or prints, cracks, or other minor defects in the print, etc.)
We carefully inspect each item before shipping, but as mentioned above, some items may have slightly poor stitching. Please note that we consider items to be in good condition if they have no obvious defects and can be worn without any problems. - Regarding the color of restocked items, when we reproduce products, it may be difficult to achieve the same color even if we dye the fabric in the same way. Please note that if you order multiple items of the same color, the color may change slightly depending on the time of arrival of the products.
Regarding product shipping time
We have both ready-to-ship and made-to-order products. The shipping times are listed on each product page. Please check before purchasing as shipping times may differ.
In-stock items: Ships within 5 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).
Pre-order items: Ships approximately 2-8 weeks after purchase. (If the manufacturer predicts a production delay, we may contact you via your registered email address.)
If you purchase both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items together, we will ship them according to the delivery date of the made-to-order items.
If you are in a hurry, we ask that you place your order in a separate transaction.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping completion email, so please check it.
Return and exchange policy
- Regarding returns/exchanges, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of the customer's own convenience or for the following reasons.
All of our staff would like to be as flexible as possible, but we ask that you understand this and go ahead with your purchase. - Products that can be returned/exchanged Generally, we do not accept returns/exchanges, but if there is a mistake in our delivery or a defect that does not meet the quality standards for overseas products, we will only accept returns/exchanges for the following products.

About Shipping
Shipping is a flat rate of 500 yen throughout Japan (free shipping for purchases of 5,000 yen or more excluding tax, excluding shipping and discounts).
We will ship to customers throughout Japan using Yamato Transport's "Takkyubin Compact" and Japan Post's "Click Post" and "Yu-Pack".
